GV sighting: work styles in the virtual age

A lot of people ask me what it's like to work at crayon, keying in on the fact that we're a virtual company. They're generally curious about how we keep in touch and the technologies we use to collaborate. They want to know what it's like to operate out of Second Life (we don't, although we do use it as a meeting place) and if we really do use ooVoo as much as we say we do (yes, and we would even if they weren't a client.) Those who knew Tim Russert say that his enthusiasm for politics was contagious - that anybody who watched his face light up as he explained national trends and minor details was instantly captivated by him, and what he stood for. Russert served as NBC's Washington Bureau chief and moderator of "Meet The Press," a cornerstone of Sunday political talk, for 17 years.

What to Shoe: Givenchy Jelly Gladiator Melissa shoes warmed me up to the idea of re-inventing the jelly. I own a pair and must say, they are nothing like the jellies back in the day that left permanent marks in your skin. Givenchy validated this re-birth with their Jelly Gladiator. I know they're a step ahead of the trends here because the Japanese Hoki sandal (those 5 dollar slip ons at Wallgreens) are the next big thing. Move over Crocks! Just kidding.
