Adhering to GMP standards is very important when working with complex vitamins. Until July 2008, a supplement manufacturer can purchase its raw ingredients from anyone. This has led to trouble; news stories report that the quality of vitamins and supplements could be suspect, or even contaminated.

ABC News desperately wanted to provoke controversy in last night's Democratic debate. Why else would they have wasted half of the debate on inconsequential topics like Bosnia fire, Reverend Wright, and the "bitterness" of Pennsylvanians?

After taking the night to reflect on last night's debate debacle, I woke up this morning with the same feeling. I just lost 90 minutes of my life that I will never get back because of that damn 'debate.' ABC News owes me (and the rest of America) 90 minutes!

A much loved member of our Church is close to the end of a fight with cancer. Almost exactly a year ago, at Easter, he gave an incredibly powerful testimony which had most of the congregation in tears. On Sunday I am preaching.
