The fatal crash killed Valley news journalists, Scott Bowerbank, Craig Smith, Jim Cox and Rick Krolack. A final report was due out in February but has been delayed until August at the earliest, "We still have extra work, we are adding stuff to the report," said chief investigator Howard Plagens.
